32 ha beach Farm with official proof for private or touristic buildings (Uso de Suelo) and 200m sea front in Playa Cacau

Area: 32ha ground with rainforest (sloping up terrain) with 5 ha maritime zone (flat land) situated in the nature reserve “Refugio da Vida Silvestre Golfito”.

The farm is located directly at the Golfito Bay at the end of the settlement from Playa Cacao. The unpaved main road towards Golfito is a 500m walk away along the sea front. A direct access by car is not existing, only a direct access by boat.

Playa Cacao is a small settlement with a school, restaurant, bar and a tiny holiday complex for nature tourism.

All other facilities (banks, post office, hospital, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, Airport) are located in the city of Golfito which can be reached by boat/ water-taxi in approx. 10min.

The 32ha plot is untouched rainforest with the original Fauna and Flora. On the 5ha flat maritime zone with beach access are many tropical fruit trees (banana plants, cacao trees etc.) and an old unapproved house is also situated there approximate 50m away from the beach.

The water supply is guaranteed from an own spring on the rainforest plot. The old house is connected to the electricity from the municipality Golfito.

The existing old house has been built in 1992 (concrete/wood construction) with a building area of 80m² at the ground floor and a 40m² attic apartment. The ground floor itself is a large unit with kitchen/ dining and living area (approx. 60m²) and 8 small separated rooms (toilet, shower, room for the washing machine, storage rooms – each room approx. 2,5m²). A wooden stairway inside the house is leading to the attic level which is one big sleeping room. It is in need of renovation.
