This house near the "Playa Bandera". The house is centrally located (5 m km from the nearest town of Parrita) and only 700 m from the 8 km long beautiful beach.

The beach house has a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, bathroom and laundry room. The built-up area is 80 m² and the property has a total of approx. 541 m². Just a few meters from the house there is a small shop ("Pulperia") and the school and a sports field are also nearby.

Everything is legally in order and regulated (with entry in the land register).

As mentioned above, it is only a few kilometers to the next town. In Parrita there is everything you need: banks, supermarkets, butchers, bakers, doctors, pharmacies, hardware store, good bars & restaurants, etc.

Parrita is about halfway between Jacó and Quepos/Manuel Antonio.
