The finca includes a large house (built 2006), an area for guests, a pool (2008) and a large double garage, including a Chevrolet pickup!

The two-storey wooden house is the center of the residential complex and has a floor area of ??approx. 50 square meters. In the wooden house there are 3 bedrooms and 1 guest bedroom in the upper area. In the lower area is a guest living room including bedroom and private bathroom. Directly connected is a 25sqm covered terrace that leads to the guest kitchen.

The approx. 100 sqm main living room contains a kitchen and access to the large bathroom. A lovingly created stream runs through the living room and flows into the 11mx7m pool outside. The living room is only bricked on three sides, so it has an open garden front with a direct view and access to the pool.

The entire rooms are completely painted, furnished and decorated, the entire facility is included in the purchase price, so you can move directly into your new home!

The property has a road connection and you are in about 45 minutes by car in the small town of Cariari, or in about 2 hours in the capital San Jose.

Even if the finca is not in the immediate vicinity of the sea (approx. 5 km as the crow flies to the beach, 16 km by car), the rainforest belonging to the property can comfort it.

The house is surrounded by a 3.5 m high wall, which is plastered both inside and out and painted in color. The roof of the house is covered with clay tiles.

You can use the 3ha area according to your own wishes. It would be possible to keep dairy cows or to grow vegetables and fruits.

In addition to the 3 hectare property on which the finca is located, the property also has an approx. 30 hectares of rainforest.

In the hilly terrain there is everything that makes the heart of an emigrant beat faster. Starting with its own source of drinking water, via its own river which is even suitable for fishing, to intact flora and fauna, right up to various wild animals.

To name just a few animals that we have already met: jaguars, tapirs, armadillos, anteaters and many other animals, some of which are exotic.

The forest is exclusively at your disposal, no one to disturb or bother you.

Accessible seclusion

Since the property is literally in the middle of the rainforest, you are of course not close to the city. Trotdzem offers everything you need in the area, so you are in about 8 minutes in the next village (Linda Vista) with a shop, school, kindergarten, two public churches and even a soccer field.

The small town of Palmitas is about 20 minutes away. Here you will find a gas station, an ambulance and a couple of smaller supermarkets.

Cariari can be reached in about 45 minutes, there are several petrol stations and banks, a few supermarkets, a hospital, a post office and a bus station. You can also go straight to San Jose from here.

There is a daily bus service from Cariari to Puerto Lindo and back at 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. in the evening. The fare from the finca to Cariari is $ 2.
