The property is located on a public 10 m wide street that is approx. 3 km from the village center and the main street. Main building with 134 m2 area

At the parcel access, a prefabricated house with 78 m2 was built 6 years ago and covered with corrugated iron. The prefabricated house consists of three areas. The first is the owners' 30m2 apartment, with a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen. The second area is a 29 m2 workshop (available). A metal container is located between the two areas to store the tools. The total area of ??78 m2 is covered as a mezzanine floor for storage space. Due to its structure, this area could be expanded into a second floor.

Aviary 40 m2

A three-meter-high aviary was built next to the main building 4 years ago. The aviary is covered with mesh and stands on a concrete floor. It serves to save the bird world

Garage area 36 m2

Farm building 55 m2

At the end of the internal path there is a 55 m2 farm building on a hill. It is a single-storey solid building covered with corrugated iron. This building contains a storage room and will serve the residential building under construction (e.g. laundry) and as accommodation for employees.

House under construction, area 276 m 2

 Description of the green areas (Appendix 2)

1. Area of ??trees and banana plantation

At the border to the public road, behind the main house, there is a green area with 15 six-year-old laurel trees. There are also banana trees there, which are comfortable in the slightly sloping terrain.

2. Field of fruit trees

On a steep green area behind the garage, ascending to the house, there is an orchard with various fruits. These are sweet lemon, tangerines, orange, water apples, guanabana (prickly pear), chestnut, caimito (milk apple), carambola (star fruit), marañón (cashew nuts), pitanga (cayenne cherry), cherimoya. All trees are at least 5 years old.

3. Willow

This is the highest point (695 m) on the property, it was added later to ensure sufficient distance from the new house to the neighboring house. The flat surface at the top of the slope offers a varied view.

4. Area of ??reforestation and hiking trails

This area needs the most maintenance. Plants worthy of protection are preserved or are reforested. This wooded area comprises about 40% of the property and is accessible with hiking trails. Among other things, there are yellow and green bamboo trees in this forest.

5. Green space (grassland)

To the right of the internal path, following the guest house, there is a green area in slightly sloping terrain. White and red royal grass thrive there and

Braquipara grass.

6. Pineapple plantation

A sector with pineapples has been planted adjacent to the grassland. It is located on a gently sloping slope rising towards the farm buildings
