Description:
Villas del Rio “Your home in harmony with nature”
Live in a natural and pure setting with a view of the mountain ridges of La Carpintera and Rio Naranjo. Only 13 kms from Quepos and between Londres and Villa Nueva de Quepos. You’re only 9 kilometers from the coastal highway that connects to San Jose and 10 kilometers from the Quepos airport (La Managua) that has 16 flights daily to San Jose.
The project Villas del Rio is a private community of 66 lots with Victorian Tropical style homes designed to be in harmony with the natural surroundings.
The project area is 9 hectareas of total with lots that vary between 400 and 950 square meters (4,300 sq ft and 10,220 sq ft).
Villas del Rio property borders the Naranjo River, with 50% flat terrain and 50% broken terrain. Located 160 meters above sea level and bordering the last mountain range makes for a pleasing climate.
The roads in the condominium will be asphalted and the condominium will have 24 hour security guard service. Electricity will be aerial.
The homes located in the lots with yellow markings will be one story so as to not block the views to the mountains. The homes located in lots with blue markings or red can be two stories. This successful project will also include a Club House, Tennis Court, various play areas for children, and a swimming pool with an exuberant view of the Naranjo River.

The Quepos and Manuel Antonio area is among the top 3 visited sites in Costa Rica, due primarily to the world renowned Manuel Antonio National Park and the superb world class sportfishing. The area also has the attraction of the beautiful and close by Naranjo River. There’s also the Savegre River off the public road that runs close to the mountain range Marucha. The exuberant palm oil plantations and the closeness to the beaches of Manuel Antonio, El Rey, Matapalo and Dominical make for an ideal location for this project.
Marina Pez Vela Marina started operations in 2010 with 300 slips. Quepos and Manuel Antonio offer a wonderful variety of restaurants, hotels and services.
The area surrounding this project has many other attractions like white water rafting, canopy tours, horseback riding, mountain biking, ATV expeditions on secondary roads and all types of water sports.
