Apart from that, there is another house, also with three floors, with only the top floor being complete. The two lower floors with a total of three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen and dining room are unfinished and need the entire interior.

The sunsets are downright beguiling and if you stay up long enough you will experience romantic moonsets in the Pacific Ocean.

The nature that surrounds us is animated by a wide variety of animal species. Frequent visits from howler monkeys and capuchin monkeys are to be expected. Iguanas are part of the general image. The bird world is amazing in its diversity. Parrots, budgies, toucans, hummingbirds and countless other bird species are daily guests. Those who get up very early can often watch deer. The property is bordered on one side by a stream which, if you walk along it, leads to a waterfall.

Villa Montemeru is located in the immediate vicinity of the oldest national park in Costa Rica, the Reserva Absoluta Cabo Blanco. To the north it is about 5 minutes by car to the center, where there are various restaurants, bars, discos, shops, as well as a bank, car rental and pharmacy.
