Description:
Lot 8 with breathtaking sea views is located on a south-west slope above the jungle in a finca with few barely visible neighbors. It has a particularly beautiful view of the sea and a beautiful landscape of jungles and plantations in the mountains.
Realize your idea of ??living in the middle of nature with modern comfort. Swim towards the sunset in your pool or hike to the river with a waterfall and natural pool.
The property is located on the Pacific on the Nicoya Peninsula in the mountains near Samara on the edge of a village with friendly Ticos, about 9 km from the beaches. The 7 most beautiful Pacific beaches around Samara, Carillo and Nosara are quickly accessible. At night, the air here quickly cools down to about 22 degrees Celsius at an altitude of 450 meters above sea level, good for sleeping, in contrast to the beach, where it is often still 30 degrees Celsius by 10pm.
Lot 8 has easy access via the internal road. A garden adjoins the flat construction area, in which large trees of mangoes, avocados, limes, malinche as well as oranges and bananas and others grow. The view to the southwest is fascinatingly beautiful on the Pacific Ocean.
The hacienda:
The plots are located within the Finca Cotinga. The finca contains roads, hiking and riding trails. A well-kept jungle path leads to the waterfall with natural bathing pools in the river, which is also accessible to the residents of the finca. The power line with transformers is laid along the internal road. A large part of the finca remains as a jungle. Monkeys move in search of food as well as pizzotes, birds, zorros, opossum, lizards and other animals in every season. Fruit trees such as mangoes, limes, zapotes and avocados and others are scattered around the finca. A small part of the finca is already permanently inhabited and used for rental with 3 guest houses. This includes a stable for 5 horses and pastures and orchards with many different and unusual fruits. Therefore, everyone can quickly feel comfortable and safe at home. Another part of the finca is planted with oranges, interspersed with valuable indigenous trees that bloom in small colors and provide small fruits for the birds. The description of the finca is important because for buyers it's more than just the property or lot itself. Life is enriched here by: the river, the mountains, the residents as watchful neighbors and finca carers, the jungle, other neighbors in a small community on the other side of the river, the many beautiful beaches nearby, the easy accessibility of other small towns such as Samara, Nosara and Nicoya. Here people come together who are interested in living in and with nature, but still want to drive quickly into the city, relax on lonely beaches or watch the sunset in a romantic
End the restaurant by the sea with a glass of wine. Inhabiting the finca protects a jungle with unsaleable corridors through the plots for the hiking and living of the animals and has led to reforestation with tropical dry forest of the former pasture areas.
On the property and on the finca you will find places where nature will take you in such a way that all the pressure of the modern technological world is released and every sound that remains is part of the natural concert that you no longer want to do without.

Visiting interested parties:
Interested people are welcome to stay with the residents of the finca in one of the guest houses to get a feel for the beautiful place. When you buy it, you get the money back for the overnight stay up to a week. The ratings of previous holiday guests exceeded all expectations. Location:
The location of the finca is 9 km from the beautiful beaches on the Pacific Ocean on the Nicoya Peninsula in the mountains near Samara. The many beaches (Playa Samara, Playa Carillo, Playa Buena Vista, Playa Barrigona, Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, Playa Ostional, Playa Camaronal) are between 21 and 60 minutes away. The beaches around Samara are fine sandy beaches without seaweed and without jellyfish. Some have offshore reefs and have shallow gradual access suitable for children without dangerous currents. Surf schools in Samara quickly teach you the fun of surfing. Divers and snorkelers will find interesting destinations here. You dream of the day on lonely beaches. The finca is located on the edge of a small village with friendly ticos, which makes life authentic and gives an incredible calm against the sounds of civilization. The songs of the birds, the shouting of howler monkeys and the chirping of the circades are the backdrop of the sounds, particularly intense in the morning and in the evening. You can quickly go shopping in Samara or Nicoya. In Samara as a tourist destination there are many opportunities for activities such as zipline, canoeing, snorkeling, diving, deep sea fishing, horse riding, surfing and much more. There are many small hotels and restaurants scattered around the beach and in town.
Nicoya is one of the oldest colonial cities in Costa Rica and has remained authentic without tourism. Everything for life and for the construction or repair of the house can be bought here. The center of the yoga institutes and massages is the town of Nosara, also a hotspot with long, big waves for surfers. It is spread out in the jungle. One of the most beautiful mountain roads with changing panoramic views leads directly from the finca. Liberia International Airport is less than 2 hours away by car. The trade in high-quality consumer goods, building materials and service providers has also settled in the area. A lot can be done on a circular tour in one day. Some national parks are close and always worth the excursions. The Barra Honda National Park with its famous stalactite caves and dry forests is such a destination. The residents
and visitors to the finca often go to the Palo Verde National Park for a tour by boat. In this estuary of the Rio Tempisque in the Gulf of Nicoya (mangrove forests), countless animal species such as water birds, monkeys, crocodiles, giant iguanas in bright colors can be easily observed. The trip, the boat tour and the subsequent catering make the day an experience. It is further to other national parks such as Arenal volcano, Rincon de la Vieja volcano, Monteverde rain and cloud forest and a day tour until return.
